Installation & Commissioning of Elevator​

Assignment of an engineer as head of the installation team with pre-determined mission as Detailed Quality Assurance Plan (DQAP) with following obligations:after signing a contract with customer

  • Acquiring additional information or clarifying available information with consultant if the requirements are not clearly defined.
  • Discussing with the consultant with respect to the drawing / specification/ submittals whenever required
  • Ensuring manufacturer is properly informed of the concluded specifications
  • Drafting and administrating the design quality assurance
  • Preparation of layout drawings, submittals and approvals
  • Preparation of the schedules of work for complete activities
  • To liaise with Consultant/ Contractor Planner for effective co-ordination and incorporate any changes
  • To submit monthly progress report as required in the contract
  • To oversee/ control onsite safety
  • To confirm, issue and record safety documents
  • To ensure that all equipment being used are dully certified
  • Ensuring workers adhere to site safety procedures
  • Assigning the site manager to coordinate and execute installation work
  • Monitoring the work of workers
  • Coordinating delivery activities
  • Liaison with other contractors regarding site matters
  • Checking and inspecting the work completed by site-contractor/workers
